This beginner friendly class offers students an overview of handbuilding techniques including pinching, coiling and slab building through the creation of functional tableware. Through self directed projects students will become familiar with making attachments, surface decoration, finishing and glazing. A great introduction to ceramics before moving on to wheelthrowing.
